What does Manitoba's Rel Estate Numbers look like this week?



April 20th to 27th 2020 looked better then expected and better than last weeks numbers.

New listings came in at 341 , Pending Sales at 122 and Solds came in at 235. Compared to the same week in 2019 New listing 710 and Solds at 362.

Percentage wise Solds 2020 are out preforming 2019 in comparison to what is coming on the market. If you are thinking about selling, now would be the time with taking the appropriate safety precautions of course.
