How much has COVID 19 affected Manitoba Real Estate number for April 13th to 20th, 2020?

In 2019 there were 1688 New Residential listings and in 2020, 341 down 79%.
Residential home sold in 2019, 700 and in 2020, 192 down 72%. We are seeing similar % all across Canada and this is to be expected.

The good news is the curve is flatting, home are still selling and prices are not dropping, in fact in Winnipeg we are seeing some multiple offers and homes selling above listing.
